PRICING

• $850 – First Eight Hours

• $100 – Each Additional Hour

DEPOSIT POLICY

• $400 Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Book

• Deposit applies toward your total balance if appointment is kept

• Deposit secures your time slot and covers scheduling/dispatch costs

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Minimum service charge: $400.00

• Work is billed by time, not by task

• Travel is included within standard service area (additional fees may apply outside this area)

• Materials pickup time is billable if required

• Customer must provide clear access to work areas

• Some items may require additional visits depending on scope

• Electrical and plumbing work is limited to minor replacements only

• Any major repairs or code-related work will be quoted separately

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

To keep this service efficient and cost-effective, handyman appointments are limited to small, straightforward tasks.

The following are not included under hourly handyman service and may require a separate estimate:

• Toilet installations or major plumbing work

• Garbage disposal installation

• Electrical work beyond basic fixture replacement

• Appliance installations

• Ceiling fan installations (new installs)

• Large or complex installations requiring multiple technicians

• Flooring, tile, or full-room renovations

• Roof work or high-elevation exterior work
