At Keith Thurmond and Associates, we are committed to providing quality workmanship, clear communication, and reliable service. Because we offer service-based work and schedule time specifically for each customer, our refund policy is outlined below.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment or project date.
Deposits are applied toward the total project cost when the appointment is kept.
Deposits are non-refundable if:
The customer cancels the appointment
The customer does not show up
The customer reschedules without proper notice
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date (one-time courtesy).
Repeated cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of labor and service work, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
If there is a concern with workmanship, we will:
Inspect the issue
Provide a reasonable solution
Offer corrections if applicable
Our goal is always to make it right — not walk away from a problem.
Material Purchases
Materials purchased on behalf of a customer are non-refundable once installed or ordered.
Special-order items, custom materials, or non-returnable items are final sale.
Payments & Processing Fees
Payments processed through secure, encrypted payment systems (including QuickBooks Payments) may be subject to processing fees.
If a refund is issued (in rare approved cases), processing fees may be deducted from the refund total.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment
Billing error
Service not rendered
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
